1. Customer insertion
Customers can be entered directly on the FieldAPP® platform, or by automatically transferring the data from your Data Base to the Cloud of our system.
2. Product Insertion
The Products represent the HEART of FieldAPP® because they are associated with all the references relating to the checklists of the checks to be carried out. The insertion is simple and guided by an automatic procedure.
3. Inserting Documents and Photos
It is possible to associate Documents and Photographs to each Object (Equipment or Plant) inserted in FieldAPP®, even taken directly in real time.
4. Maintenance Management
It is possible to associate or define a specific check list to each Object (Equipment or Plant) inserted in FieldAPP® to make maintenance activities faster and more effective.
5. Reporting and Visibility
With FieldAPP®, all the completed Check Lists and the related intervention reports, signed in real time via tablet, are visible, both via QR Code and via the WEB page.

FieldAPP® has been designed to allow companies that carry out Expediting and / or Maintenance activities to customize their Check Lists to adapt them to any type of control, both for construction site activities and for periodic maintenance of Equipment and / or Plants .
The availability of standard Check Lists already usable in the basic FieldAPP® package makes immediate use of the application directly on the GOOGLE Map, without however renouncing the possibility of creating new ones, always tailored to your production needs and / or requests. of the Customer.

ieldAPP® for the maintenance of doors on escape routes and fire doors
Among the standard FieldAPP® Check Lists, the dedicated ones are immediately available and ready for use in the basic package:
- at the gates on escape route falling under the UNI EN 14351-1 standard;
- to fire doors falling under the UNI EN 16034 standard;
- to the approved fire doors in accordance with the Ministerial Decree 06/21/2004.
To record the maintenance activities, the results of the checks and report any troubleshooting notes to the problems encountered, it is sufficient to be equipped with a Tablet.
At the end of the operations, the Intervention Report can be drawn up, digitally signed and sent to the Customer, who will be able to view all the documentation in real time, including any photographs taken by the operators to highlight and / or historicize the maintenance status.

Among the standard FieldAPP® Check Lists, those falling under the application of the Machinery Directive 2006/42 / EC are immediately available and ready for use in the basic package:

- Sectional and Overhead Garage Doors;
- Automatic doors and gates;
- Barriers and bollards.
